my first online gathering

hi friends,

we're soon reaching one year of unbelievable on-going violence on this planet. one year of witnessing unspeakable things, of grieving the lives of children and innocent people, of realising the outrageous moral standards of the west, of seeing how the life of humans, animals and ecosystems is sacrificed for the benefit of a few ones.

the energy in our collective is very intense, with a lot of polarisation and energetic chaos. extremisms are growing stronger, wars are escalating and as we watch the events unfold we wonder how much worse it needs to get before it gets better again.

a lot of people in the spiritual and therapeutic community will tell you to look away and focus on yourself. i am rejecting this individualist approach and instead i have been encouraging everybody, my readers and my friends, to let the pain of this earth touch us. this pain is happening here and now - to be aware in the earth here and now is to be touched by this.

from a spiritual and therapeutic point of view, we are in front of a great opportunity to alchemise this pain into love and to crystalize a new culture of solidarity, hope and peace, defying the current individualist culture of consumerism.

i have always said that awakening is not an easy journey and this is again confirmed as we witness the collective awakening of humanity.

this is a time to open our heart and embrace humanity in all of its forms. this is a time to affirm onto the collective grid who we are and what we stand for. this is not to be done alone - instead, we are called into working together.

to embrace things as they are means to acknowledge the reality of things, no matter how horrible or wonderful. the awakening process is an expansion of consciousness, which means we get to look at more and more parts of both darkness and light. we cannot avoid the darkness - and to stand together in front of it makes it easier to illuminate it.

many of us have been prepared in the last years and decades to step up now. some of us are still in the cocoon - honour your stage and rest assured that you will soon rise as well.

for those of us that are open to let this moment touch them and who are ready to be a light in the darkness of humanity - i am inviting you to an online gathering on october 12th.

we will get together in an online space to share open-heartedly how the events in the collective are affecting us mentally, emotionally and energetically, creating as such a space for mutual support and care. at the end of our event i will share a little practice that helps support our nervous system and expand into love for humanity and the earth.

this is the first of a series of gatherings, so if you cannot assist, don't worry, there'll be more. do let me know if you wish to assist in the future and i encourage you to propose a date that would work for you.
