Kundalini like a river

hi friends,

yesterday i posted a new article: KUNDALINI AWAKENING: Navigating through the currents

this article was inspired by some sessions i had with some of you friends, i noticed that one of the thing that many people going through this process worry about is whether the difficult part will ever be over. (it will!)

so i wrote about the Kundalini being like a river, and how the water has to melt from ice and travel all the way through the mountain peaks before it can reach the valleys and then finally merge with the ocean.

this image represents how our consciousness has to be refined through a healing process before it can merge with Oneness/Divinity/God.
