a message to my friends everywhere
2025 is set to be an intense year, astrology is telling us.
dear one,
reaching out to say hi as we continue to elevate and illuminate through these times of change.
my take on the year is a strong slow as i soften into the energies within and without me. i am studying speech therapy while also beginning to be more in service through therapy and yoga. first, we must dive within and heal our hearts, and then we can walk into the world and support others in their own healing.
the resistance of the heart is strong in me and in my local community here in Barcelona, where i am nourishing the plant i seeded a while ago. i came to Spain looking for community and these days i find it soothing and calming to cultivate these spaces i created. some new spaces are opening too, as for example our current solidarity yoga session once a month. on sunday we collected donations for the people of Palestine and it was a beautiful event. we took deep breaths and meditated on opening the heart and on hugging the whole world. Gaza is where our hands met, yet our arms stretched all around the globe.
in these times where chaos seems to prevail - the best thing you can do is be the calm in the storm. things are changing whether we like it or not - right now i am seeing the myth of medias slowly falling down. the mask of the empire is being revealed and more people are seeing it.
it is easy to fall into fear, despair and hopelessness. yet, i’m telling you what: this is what they want. to feed off our fear. to have us blocked into fear. to make us believe that the world out there is dangerous and hates us, and we better hide behind our barriers, our screens, behind walls that separated us, so they can continue using us for their power.
staying informed and knowing what is happening in the world is important in order to know what kind of service is needed of us. we need to have a scope and know where we should lay our focus when it comes to a matter of leaving a positive mark on this planet. i believe we all want to leave a positive mark and we are all on different soul journeys. while some choose a path of destruction and self-destruction, there is an alternative way which is much more sustainable: growth. and to thrive at this game called life on earth, collaboration has always been our strength.
don’t be afraid. create your own spaces outside of the mainstream narrative of hate, fear and despair. be love instead. use your talents and gifts to be the change you want to see in the world.
whoever controls this system of capitalist craziness doesn’t want you to feel close to your community and collaborate, so they try to separate us in categories and make sure those in the categories believe in the system. the very core of capitalism goes against the idea of collaboration. in a capitalist society, it’s each one on their own. it’s a hierarchical system where only those at the top get to see the view, while they step on those below.
those below have been told the story that one day they could be on the top, but the story is much different. it takes a huge privilege to get at the top and most people will just never reach it.
those below - it’s tike to stand up.
i propose a horizontal system where we all enjoy the gifts of life : peace, silence, music, arts, passion, prayer, love, family, education… it’s crazy that it takes a revolution for this. but it’s okay - we will all be free one day.
as i’ve talked before this system exists because minds are trapped in a matrix of thought. it’s like a thought system - we create what we think, so when we think pain and oppression, that’s what we create.
the thought system is reproduced by everyone. energetically we agree that this is reality and we believe this is what reality looks like. it does change, at the individual level at much quicker levels than on the collective levels. collective changes take generations - and what you do in this lifetime will affect the generations to come. we are helping pave the road for the children to come, just as our ancestors prepared the ground for us.
those at the top of the current system are very miserable souls. they are eaten off by greed, are completely separated from their own humanity, which is why they project systems of dehumanisation. that is a soul in pain, a very miserable energy.
considering that an energy that is full of love is like a sun, an energy that is full of greed and hate is like a little dark cloud. this kind of energy needs to drink on something else to keep going. it needs to feed on some energy outside of itself in order to continue its blind game into self-destruction. a sun can warm itself but a dark cloud with a few drops of black oil has barely any nourishment.
don’t give your energy to those vampires. be a sun.
be a revolutionary. be a rebel. say “enough”, say it loud and say it often. being different takes strength and i think if you are reading these words and resonate with them then you have this strength in you.
enough with giving your energy away. it is your: claim it. say: i am in charge of my energy. i am powerful and i am love. i create my own reality.
open your heart and be love.
love will ask you to stretch your heart to make space for everyone and everything. love takes patience, faith and dedication. it takes trust and leap into the unknown.
don’t be scared of the changes. find your community of the heart and embrace it, it will be your support and together you will nourish each other’s suns.
believe in your open heart - believe in love. we are creating a new reality. i am seeing it already - are you?
i see a future that is green and peaceful and we’ve made it through this. i see diversity and i see colours and i see joy. i see life, children, elders, all kinds of spirits.
i see wild gardens and fresh vegetables and juicy fruits. i see a warm house, a roof for many hearts. healing hearts, bleeding hearts, blooming hearts, hearts that are doing all that at the same time. like the bleeding heart of the Christ.
take a deep breath.
here and now.
